Super foods are high in a variety of nutrients that have been tested and proven to provide an array of health needs. Two proponents of super foods are Dr. Steven Pratt and Dr. Andrew Weil. Each has a different approach to healthy eating and living, but the foods they recommend essentially are the same. The good news is that it is not necessary to become a vegetarian to eat healthy.
